A competitor for example, may promise you the closest ride is 3 minutes away, but in reality they don’t estimate the traffic approximation, making you wait an extra five minutes that you didn’t account for. Optimistically these competitors believe that their drivers will arrive to their guests on time, but practicality shows that it may be almost impossible.
